I am also trying to transfer my pro license to a new Mac. I previously had the ability to activate it on my new Mac which would automatically deactivate it on my old Mac but that option does not seem to be available. Instead, I am receiving an error message saying "The license has reached its activation limit and can no longer be used to activate a new product copies." I attempted to run a command in terminal on my old Mac to remove the license and received an error message stating this license cannot be removed. Please help.

At this point, can I cancel my current license and purchase a new one? Want to be sure that the one registered at bfernbaugh@intrastage.com does not auto renew on 5/29/2025. Can you advise on how I can accomplish this?
