Parallels Desktop cannot be activated -- error code: 0xC004C003. I tried changing product key, but the product key given to me are 30 digits long whereas the activation site is asking for a 25 digits product key.
 
Bonjour, je ne peux pas activer parallels desktop 10, on me dit que j'ai atteint la limite d'activation.
Merci de réactiver ma version.

Hello CL_1, We have reset the Parallels Desktop license key. kindly try to activate it. If the issue still persists, please execute the following command with Terminal < prlsrvctl activate-license-online >.

Hi ChangW1. Please confirm whether you are trying to activate Parallels Desktop for Mac or the Windows guest OS.
 
Am I missing something that I am supposed to buy alongside parallels desktop?

I bought upgrade version and I am a new user what should do to return my money back to buy a license not upgrade
