Activation issue

I was running Parallels 11 on my early 2009 iMac and bought an activation code today, but the activation key can't be used in Parallels 11. Request for help.
I also tried to install Parallels 12, but I'm running OSX 10.9.5 and unable to do so.

Hello, As I am facing Activation issue. and gone through the full thread you have told to watch some youtube video to learn. But unfortunately Youtube is blocked in my school, i tried alot with this link Youtube unblocked to unblock youtube but unable to done with this link..
Please provide me some other resources.. please
