Activation Issue

    I have just purchased a new MacBook Pro which is to consolidate my previous iMac and older MacBook Pro.

    When attempting to activate I get the message that I have reached the maximum number of activations. How do I get my activation count reset?

    Hi MickW. Please quit Parallels Desktop now, launch it again and re-attempt the activation.
