Activation limit reached; hardware replacement

    After switching to a new Mac (Replacement by apple due to hardware issues) parallels tells me that the activation limit is reached. I can't solve the Problem like it is stated in KB124042 and KB123958. I also don't have access to the old laptop since it was a replacement. Its really frustrating not being able to use a product I already purchased. I hope you can help me with this issue. Thanks in Advance.
