Hello, I have a real problem. Over the years, I have bought countless versions of Parallels. Currently I have only 3 computers with 4 different MacOS systems and on all different Parallels versions (2x9, 1x11, 1x13Pro). Because 3 got an operating system update and I moved my Pro subscription to another computer, I have to reinstall Parallels on the other systems. But it does not work (except the 13Pro), because I would have used all licenses? But that's not correct. I need a reset for my licenses now because I no longer have access to the old installations. Who can help me? Thanks Tom
Hello Ajith, thanks for your message. Actually I try to reinstall my V11 on a different System. There was a V10 before, which I have exactly unauthorized: 1. sign out in Parallels App and 2. uninstall (delete). Both (V10 and V11) should be free now, means 0 from 1 licenses used, but no ... On the other hand, the switch with 2x V9 and V13Pro Subscription has worked yesterday evening! Thanks Tom
We have made changes to the activation key. Please follow the instructions below: 1. Quit Parallels Desktop, then try to activate after launching it again. 2. If you are still unable to activate, Open Terminal on the Mac and execute this command: prlsrvctl activate-license-online
