Activation Problem

I received activation key of Parallels for Mac 3.0.
But I can't activate that received activation key after updating the downloaded software.
The following messages to be displayed when I activate.
"The activation key cannot be used with the current version of the Parallels Desktop!".

Then I sent to "support@parallels.com" this activation problem one week ago already.
But I haven't received reply yet.:(

Please help my activation problem ASAP.

What build of Parallels are you running now? And what was your previous build?
 
Exactly the same thing happened for me.....

When I launch the upgrade it claims to be v 2.5..?!!!

Therefore I cannot activate it because it is allready active!! :mad:
