I followed these steps several times, also after wiping out and reinstalling the Parallels technical preview. I always get the screen below, and it does not matter what I do - Continue, Reset again - the VM does not appear to boot from the installation image and the Windows 10 installation does not start. Any idea on what I may be doing wrong?

I did. If I use the ISO image I get the problem described in my post. If I use the VHDX when I reset the VM it gets stuck in an endless "Resetting..." loop.

Has anyone successfully installed Big Sur in the M1 tech preview?

Don't use the ISO, it's x86/x64, not ARM I found out. Must download the VHDX and launch. Parallels beta will see it and install.

    Hi
    Hi Nicolas
Follow your instructions, but then I try to reset, button is grey. I download Win10_20H2_v2_Slovenian_x64 and no way to install. Any suggestion where I make mistake?
    Thanks and NG Iztok, Slovenia

Yes, unfortunately it is the only way. At least until Microsoft decides to make the ARM version of Windows officially available to end users.

This needs to be addresed on the RHEL./CentOS side, right? Some kind of patch or change to enable smaller page sizes?
