Dear Parallels Support Team, I am writing to formally dispute an unauthorized charge for the auto-renewal of my Parallels Desktop for Mac Business Edition subscription. (Cleverbridge Reference: 518500260) Issue Summary: I did NOT authorize this automatic renewal I did NOT receive any advance notification or reminder about the upcoming renewal The charge was processed without my consent I checked my email thoroughly, including spam/junk folders, and there was no advance notice of this renewal. Without proper notification, I had no opportunity to cancel before being charged. Request: I am requesting an immediate full refund of this charge I expect better customer service from Parallels and trust this can be resolved promptly.
