Hello, I activated the app via the App Store on December 1st, but I still haven't received my license key. Even when I log in to my account and use the "Restore Purchases" option, nothing happens. I have something similar, I got an email stating "You have subscribed to Parallels Desktop for Mac Pro Edition (1 Year). Another successful payment has been applied to your subscription. Cleverbridge reference number 519580204" but when I login to my account I have only expired subscriptions. Please let me know what account you charged. Also, it is a shame and not really in your interest that I have to share this publicly because there is no option to contact support in my account.

Same here - I recommend everyone speak with their bank/card issuer about what appears to be fraudulent business practices, and report to Better Business Bureau as well. That's what I'm planning to do.
Same experience, I have not been using parallels for half a year, now without a notice, authorisation or any kind of notification, this company have charged us for a year of business license. The "order" number is 523527209. I am reporting this and I suggest we escalate this together as I can see they are just charging people and refusing to refund unused license. This definitely fits in fraudulent business practices as @TommyF1 mentioned.
