Sorry, if I'm asking the obvious. Can I install macOS Ventura (ARM64/M2 chip) guest OS on the macOS Ventura (M2 chip) host?
If so, where do I get the .iso file for the macOS Ventura (ARM64)?
Any tutorial on how to do all this would be appreciated!

    Greetings,
    Thank you for your feedback.
Kindly find below the answers to your questions:
    1. Currently Snapshots are not supported for macOS Virtual Machines running on M series chips. More information can be found in the article https://kb.parallels.com/en/128867 .
    2. As a possible solution, kindly follow the steps below to install Monterey Virtual Machine :
2.1) Download the .ipsw file according to the model of your mac from this link : https://ipsw.me/product/Mac#
2.2) Once the download is completed > Open Terminal Application (Finder > Applications > Utilities > Terminal.app)
2.3) Execute the below command (Make sure to modify "UniversalMac_12.6_21G115_Restore.ipsw" to the version you have downloaded):
    /Applications/Parallels\ Desktop.app/Contents/MacOS/prl_macvm_create ~/Downloads/UniversalMac_12.6_21G115_Restore.ipsw ~/Parallels/macOS.macvm --disksize 80000000000
2.4) Wait until you see the successful installation message in terminal > Open "Parallels" folder > Double click on macOS.macvm to launch the Monterey Virtual Machine.

    Hello,
Parallels Desktop will download and install the same version of macOS as your Mac is currently running.
Therefore, if you have macOS Ventura as a host, you will be able to install macOS Ventura as guest as well.
Kindly refer to this article for detailed instructions: https://kb.parallels.com/125561
    Thanks

Thanks. I discovered it already. Very handy. Although a couple of follow-up questions, if you don't mind:
    1. I just installed macOS Ventura as a guest, but I can't seem to find a way to make a snapshot for it. The "Actions" menu item doesn't have that option as the manual suggests. Are snapshots supported for that guest OS?
    2. How can install an earlier version of the OS, say, macOS Monterey?
