Hello,
I'm trying to activate my Parallels Desktop license on a new Mac after resetting my old one.
Now, when I try to activate it via the command line, I receive this error:
Failed to install the license: Unable to perform the operation. Your product license has reached the activation limit.
I no longer have access to the previous Mac because it was factory reset, and I can't deactivate the license from that machine.
Could someone from the Parallels team please help me reset or deactivate this license key from the old machine?
