Cannot activate Parallels 11

Parallels 11 was working well. But now i was prompted to enter the license key again. Then I got an error that the connection ist not possible (known issue). I logged out and deleted the files in system library as suggested. But activation still does not work.
The Macbook is the same, the System is the same, activation key get's a green hook...

Please tell me what to do.
My daughter need's Windows urgently for school.

it seems I have the same problem with parallels desktop 11.
It's impossible to activate it again. It seems that Parallels has shut off the activation server for parallels desktop 11.
Please tell me how I can get Parallels Desktop 11 running again!
Ports are open, no Proxy is used, license file deleted/renewed like in the linked article, Internet is working properly only Parallels can't get a connection.
How can I get my bought version running again?
