I have signed into my account, there is no products for me to cancel and the "link" to "You can make any changes to your subscription" only lets you change the credit card and not cancel. Please cancel and remove my card from file. Direct message me for additional information.

When you say "submit a ticket", I can't submit a ticket because there is no products to click. Are you referring to sending you a message on Facebook or Twitter?
On my subscriptions page, I see an expired subscription for Parallels Desktop for Mac Subscription but I don't see the option to cancel/turn off auto-renewal. I also failed to raise a support ticket by following the steps listed in the above messages. I would like to cancel my subscription which will automatically renew on April 9 2026 and have my credit card removed from your file. I also do not have facebook or twitter account. I deleted parallels desktop from my laptop. I want to cancel auto renew. Under my profile it is greyed out to view my paralles products so i do not know how i can cancel anything if i cannot see my products. Please help
it also wont let me type a support ticket either it just finds subject of renew or delete subscription and how to delete. I cannot get to that section in my profile since it is greyed out. So I cannot write a support ticket and cannot get to section in profile to delete. This is very frustrating.
I am attempting to cancel my Parallels subscription and remove my credit card information from my account, but I am unable to do so through the self-service portal. I have also attempted to create a support ticket, but the support site only directs me to knowledge base articles regarding subscription renewal or deletion. It does not provide a way to submit a ticket or contact support directly. At this point, I am unable to: Verify whether auto-renewal is enabled or disabled. Cancel any active subscription. Remove my payment information. Submit a support request through the support portal. Please assist with canceling any active subscriptions associated with my account, disabling any future renewals, and removing my stored payment information. I want to cancel my parallels subscription and remove the payment information also. There two expired keys, and the title names are: 1. "subscribe-2021-11~" 2. "subscribe-2024-11~" The parallels's payment system is the most absurd I have ever seen. When I tried to review the renewal price for an expired subscription, as soon as I clicked the "Renew" button, the system will directly enable auto-renewal and try to pay for the subscription immediately without giving a chance to review the price. This is robbery!
