Cannot detect Phone (Android) in windows 10 parallel Desktop 15

Hi,

I've been running into the issue as photos below

I tried many different ways (different devices, different USB ports) but it seemed only MacOS could detect the device.
However, when I plugged in a normal USB flash drive, windows 10 recognised it without any issue (USB flash drive storage shown in my computer)
Please help !!!
