Cannot install Parallel-Tools 16.1.2 - driverprl_dd fails

Host System: Mac OS Big Sur iMac (Intel)
Guest System: Win 10 Pro 20H2
Issue: Parallel Tools Installation aborts with Error (event log) "Product: Parallel Tools -- Failed to install driverprl_dd"
After installing Parallels Desktop (also now Pro) 16.1.2 - after 16.1.1 - the installation of the Parallel Tools failed and ended in a Reboot. I tried all recommendations without success.
The Update-Info for 16.1.1 mentioned that this issue should be fixed in 16.1.1 - somehow this still occurs.
Any ideas?

I changed my Macbook. I want to transfer my old account to a new Macbook. When I want to register it says "This license key is already registered in a different account." How can I register in New.
