Cannot open a Screen Recording in QuickTime...

Trying to record a window... It appears to create the file normally, however when I try to open it, i receive an error Quicktime can't open "Screen Recording....AM.mov"

MAC book Pro retina (late 2015), El Capitan 10.11.6
Parallels Desktop for Mac 12.0.0 (41273)
Toolbox 1.0.1 (221)
VM is Window 10 Pro

Running an external 4K monitor, MAC display preferences shows it as scaled
VM shows resolution at 2560x1440

Resolution too high?

Hi, did you try to open the screen recording from the other app?

We try to resolve this problem in future release?
Does problem reproduced if you try record screen again?
