Cannot open any tools

Click the toolbox icon from the menu bar and it shows all tools. But it was not opened when I click any of tools. Just nothing happened.

BTW, the toolbox window were opened automatically when I start my Mac.

Env: MacOS 10.14.2, ToolBox 3.0.0 (2073)

to help us investigate the problem please generate Technical Data report (open Toolbox --> cogwheel --> Help --> Send Technical Data) and post it's ID here.

our support team says that after rebooting the laptop your problem has gone away. Is it so?
