Can't edit my Parallels account email address

    Contact the support to get real solution. They have a strong security. You can't do it yourself.

    Hello, can't update my email address. Parallels sends me a link via email to update it. I click the link to confirm email address change and the email address in my profile does not change. Help!

    You need to confirm the email change on Parallels account from both old and new email inboxes.
