I run Parallels on a Mac with Windows 7. My computer froze last night so I restarted it. I have a software program I use for work to edit transcripts called Case Catalyst. After I restarted, I click on icon to get into program and nothing happens. The little circle spins but doesn't open it. I was on phone with tech support and he thinks it's either windows or parallels. Any suggestions?

Hi guys, and what about other apps? For example, can you start MS Office without any issues?

And maybe you get some error/warning message during the app's start? Or it just crash?

if other programmes like MS office etc working fine then there might be an issue with Case Catalyst script. Please try to run the same script on a different system and make sure it's fine.
