Please also note that if you have a permanent license key for a specific version, you need to check if that version of Parallels Desktop is supported on the new Mac, you can find the details here: https://kb.parallels.com/en/114381
If it is not supported, you will need to purchase an upgrade license from our website.

I have the same problem: I moved to a new Silicon MAC, quite parallels 19 completely on my INTEL Mac, but cannot move or activate the license on my new MAC. All it states is that I need to buy a new licence. Please reset my licence (oliver.reiser@gmail.com),
