First, I don't do a lot of printing from my VM so don't know how long this issue may have existed. Windows correctly IDs my HP 8500 in Settings, but I can't even print a test page. Nothing in the queue, either. One thing I notice when I hit the Test Page button is a little dialogue window that drops down from top of screen then disappears. I have no idea what it say - it's gone too quickly. Have tried reinstalling Tools and I have all updates.
Success!! Thanks, Maria! Btw - it's not critical, but I noticed that some of the labels and names in the KB don't exactly match up with the latest (i.e., Yosemite) OS dialogues.
