I'm trying to update my payment options so I can renew and it says it's going to send an email but it never arrives. I've waited all day, retried 5-8 times throughout. The message says: A new link has been generated and sent to your email inbox. Be sure to check your spam folder if you can't find it. If you did not receive a new email after a few minutes, please contact our Customer Support Team. I contacted the "Customer Support Team", filled out a form describing the issue, which quickly sent a response with a link to create a Parallels ticket. I clicked that link and it took me to a broken chat UI. Someone posted here about this last Friday and they apparently figured a way around it, but I don't know how.

I am also experiencing the same issue. I would have thought that after almost a year of seeing so many people complaining, the issue would have been sorted by now! What a shame!
