Change Email - Unspecified Error

    Under my user profile I'm trying to change the Email address attached to my Parallels Account. Not the Forum account. The account for managing licenses. I follow the instructions.
    Click on edit for email address.
    Enter new email address.
    Enter current password.
    Submit and I get a "Unspecified Error"
    I have tried different email addresses also.
    Any Suggestions?

    I need to change my old email of my account on the Parallels website because it will be deleted in a few days.
    If not possible i need to cancel my account. (no option found in the account settings)

    I can't send you my new email by PM because I'm unable to send any private message to you.
    Any alternative way to contact you ?

    You will be able to update the email address in your account. Please try and update us if you face any issues.

    Count me among those having problems updating account info. Anything that requires my current password says the current password is not valid.
