I ran it this morning - latest version - it said 1.91 GB in trash. It was "checked" in the box. But it didn't touch the Trash. Dod it clear anything else I wonder?
Hello Don, Please reproduce the issue, collect a technical report (click the Parallels Toolbox icon > Settings (Gear) icon > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.
I had this issue too and have sent a technical report to Parallels, 453656949. I also had the issue that it takes Clean Drive a long time (several minutes) to scan for files, especially Log and Cache files. I am using the 6.6.2 version (5023).
Done - report 453658313. This time I saw there was 88MB in the trash can but when it started, it said 0 GB was in there. the 88MB was still in when it's done. The screen shots show that. IT's like there is a certain residue of files it does not see.
