Clipboard copy pictures from XP and paste in OS X

hi,

is it possible to copy pictures (e.g., highlight a jpeg in firefox and CTRL-C Copy) and paste in OS X?

I could not manage to get this working. Copy and paste text works fine, but not pictures.

any help appreciated.

It seems only text can be copy/pasted and even that doesn't work in every program. I use the parallels shared folder to move pictures and other files back and forth. You can share your OSX desktop and then copy pictures from window right to/from the desktop

There is a 128k clipboard limit imposed by parallels. If the image is less that that it should copy
