Command+tab not being forwarded to the guest macOS VM

Command+tab is not being forwarded to my guest OS. Is it not implemented or is it bug? Even when I have the guest macOS in focus, when I do command+tab, it's still my host machine getting the signal. I have tried using the preference to "Always" send macOS system shortcuts in the "macOS System Shortcuts". But it still doesn't work.

Host machine is the Apple MacBook Pro 16" M1 chip running macOS Monterey 12.0.1
Guest OS: macOS Monterey 12.0.1

I'm having the same problem to execute "command + ," in the guest. It is always being sent to the host.

Try checking the Mouse Setting in the VM Configuration and make sure it is set as "Don't optimize for games", and that the "Mouse pointer doesn't stick at window edges" (under the Advanced button).
