Could you reset All of my license i have.

    I sold my Macbook and imac an year ago. (i reset all of them). and i bought a new used macbok air.
    but i can't use my product key parallels ver 9(10 upgraded), 14. , i didn't know i had to log-out to use the same key on New machine.
    could you reset all my license? (parallels 9/10/14 + Clean my mac + etc....)

    i tried again with the same serial No i have. But it doesn't work TT

    Parallels Desktop 10 for Mac Upgrade
    HA350E-QF5H3V-40G647-xxxxx-xxxxx

    Clean My MAC
    id4708636xxxxxxxxx

    and i bought ver 14 of Parallels desktop
    S3MTEJ-K2C6H9-SWB9W2-xxxxxx-xxxxxxxx
    ---> it doesn't work either.

    actually My OS version is. 10.8.5(mountain lion). so i need the key of ver 10 upgrade.
    (i know ver14 doesn't work on 10.8.5) anyway please check and give some idea. thank you very much....
