disable coherence button?

is it possible to disable and remove the coherence button from the titlebar? it's off center of the other window buttons, highlights differently than the other buttons and i never use coherence.

Hi, unfortunately you cannot remove the "coherence" button, because it is by-design, like the "full screen" button.

Yes, it is possible!
In Windows: Start > type "msconfig" > wait till you're shown the program "msconfig" > open that > tab "services" > check "hide all microsoft services" > uncheck the "Parallels Coherence Service" > hit "OK" > restart. Now the Parallels Coherence Service will not be loaded when you boot Windows.

Thanks for this tweak! Coherence was making me incoherent.

OMG Thank you. I will never use Coherence. I hit the button accidently and it took me 35 minutes to figure out how to get out of Coherence. I want it gone forever. I tried the msconfig and it works! Thanks again.
