don't have my previous activation key for update

Hi,

I lost my previous key activation number ... bought it on line in 2013 I think.
How can I activate my update that I just bought? If I can't... can I have a refund and buy a new version instead?

Hello carolineb1, going through your records, I could see that you had purchased Parallels Desktop 7 earlier and Parallels Desktop 12 upgrade is possible only from Parallels Desktop 10 & 11. We can process a refund for Parallels Desktop 12 upgrade. Please reply us with the confirmation.
