Hello, I understand that this program is not supported by a Mac, but I thought I would give it a go. I am running a Macbook Pro M1 MAX, with the latest Parallels and running Windows 11. When I try to open the game from within Steam or via Windows Explorer, I receive an error. I have also tried running in various compatibility modes, but it still doesn't work. Not sure if anyone can help or I'm on a losing battle. Much older PC games work on Steam just fine. I recently heard back from someone on Steam who says "Doom 2016 runs on OpenGL 4.5. Parallels desktop is currently at version 3.3. No Vulkan support either. You'll have to be hopeful Parallels gets better at OpenGL support."
