Hi, Due to the Corona pandemic we need to save certain TV programs for later reference. This was actually the main reason for us buying Parallels Desktop 15 for Mac (macOS Catalina 10.15.6) and Parallels Toolbox. The Download Video worked for some time, but suddenly stopped working with video files from the Swedish television network. An example is .. https://www.svtplay.se/video/27980479/rapport/rapport-9-sep-19-30-4?start=auto No matter what we do, we get the following errors message ... "Failed to get the video. This video service may not be supported." I guess the issue is similar to what is described on https://forum.parallels.com/threads/download-video-cant-download-youtube-videos.350085/ We would appreciate your quick support with this as some of the programs are only available a few more days. Hi, just got curious if this problem was fixed. I consider buying Parallels Desktop 15, so I wanna be sure that all the possible bugs are fixed.
