Download Video - prefix playlists with number

    On Youtube, playlists are numbered. When you download files from an entire playlist, the files are named based on the video title. The result is that all the files are typically out of order in the filesystem. Please prefix the YouTube playlist item ## on the filename, ie:

    01_zFilename
    02_yFilename
    03_xFilename
    ...etc...
