Hi,installed fresh Monterey and new parallels 17.Now the old bootcamp does not so up to parallels so I can't use the bootcamp windows in parallels. How can I force the bootcamp to install to the parallels.

Having the same problem as OP. I'm on Intel MBP16. In Big Sur Parallels was able to see and start Windows 10 that is residing on Bootcamp. In Monterey installation assistant screen does not offer "Use Windows from Bootcamp" option. Only "Install Windows" and "Transfer Windows" options. Support confirmed it's not working but did not offer any solution. Booting into Bootcamp partition works well.

Responders will need more information:
  • Intel or M1 for current Host?
  • What kind of Host was used originally for the Bootcamp (Intel or M1)?
Beyond that, I'm not sure that Bootcamp actually works on an M1 because there's no official Windows release for ARM (that Apple can legally/willingly support).
You mention M1 which has no Bootcamp. This shows that problem is not understood. A post from tech support team on Bootcamp situation would be great, with ETA on fix.
