Gray apps in coherence mode

Hi all:
Recently, Parallels is showing fully grayed out boxes for MS Office apps and most other apps in Coherence mode. I have tried re-insalling Parallel Tools and the "Display Adaptor" options.
I am running Windows 10 and Parallels 12 on a Macbook Air, Catalina OS. Everything was working fine, but seems when I upgraded to Catalina things started graying out. Perhaps it is a coincidence....any suggestions?

Hi, Parallels Desktop 12 is not optimized for macOS Catalina. I would recommend you to Upgrade to Parallels Desktop 15. You can try to install a 14 day trial period to check if it works properly. Refer to instructions from https://kb.parallels.com/124250 to download and install version 15.
