Parallels support cannot solve this problem of high CPU usage.
I had a senior support rep take control of my MacBook Pro for 65 minutes after a lower level rep gave up. The senior level fixed the issue for about 6 hours. Now it's back again.
Very disappointing that Parallels does not have the integrity to admit that this is an issue and work towards a solution.
