How to get support

Hi to all,
I'm a new member of the forum. I'm trying to get support from Parallels, so I twitted a message on Twitter yesterday, but still no answer from them. The only ways to get support I found on my account page are twitter and facebook messenger, but they don't seem to pay attention to this channels. Do you know some other ways to get support from them ?

Sure, I need support for my license key that was accidentally used by a my colleague, resulting now linked to its account, without any chance to me to bring back it to my account. What can I do now ?
