On a Windows 10 native machine, when I right-click on the start menu, it brings up a specialized system menu where I can access the control panel, services, command prompts, computer management, etc. Left-clicking the start menu brings up the standard windows 10 "programs" menu with the little blocks. I can get to this "programs" menu just fine in Parallels by right-clicking the Parallels icon.

How do I bring up the specialized system menu in a Windows 10 VM under Parallels 11?
This has probably been answered but I could not find it in the forums.

    Hello Chris_Barker,
The same feature can be used in Windows 10 virtual machine to access programs and features, Device manager, control panel and other programs.
Refer to http://kb.parallels.com/9151 to make right-click on Mac and in Parallels Desktop virtual machine.

I already have the right-click set up on my Mac.
I will include some pictures to explain my issue better.
When I'm NOT in coherence and I right-click the window's start menu I get this "Control" menu:

However, when I'm in Coherence and I right click on my "Windows 10" virtual machine in the Mac's Dock I do not get the above menu.

When in Coherence how do I get the menu pictured above to come up?
    Thanks!

Oh come on. This is such a simple straightforward question regarding one of the most basic elements of Windows. Why abandon a thread like this and refer it to a ticket. It affects everyone.

Hello BenK1. Are you experiencing the same issue as the one described earlier in this thread? As in, you can right-click on the Windows icon and have the control menu appear in normal Windows view mode but not in Coherence? If yes, then please run the virtual machine in Coherence mode, generate a Problem Report ID and reply with the report ID number. We'll then investigate.

THERE IS NO ICON IN COHERENCE MODE! Read the fine question. In Coherence mode there is no Windows start menu for you to right click on. There is only a Parallels Icon to click on to bring up the start menu. I copied the screenshot from above. If you are not in Coherence mode that is what you will see. If you right click where I've drawn the circle you get the menu shown. It's a little different now (FIVE YEARS LATER) but you should get the idea. Try reproducing it following the steps the OP gave instead of repeatedly telling your customers to do your work for you by asking them to generate a Problem Report ID and reply with the report ID number.
