I can't renew my subscription.

    I cancelled my subscription some months ago.

    But now I need the software again, and renewed my subscription payment details. But all the interface says, is that the subscription payment has been updated.
    I am not able to use the software.

    What to do?

    I purchased a new one. But I would like to make sure that auto renewal is turned of for any subscriptions I might have on

    We have deactivated that subscription and it will no longer renew. Let us know if you have any other questions related to Parallels.

    Hi, I have this same issue in that I'm not able to renew. I tried this morning and got a message to say I'd get an email in an hour to confirm the renewal after updating my payment details and have heard nothing back.

    We suggest you turn on the auto-renewal for the subscription you want to renew and try to renew again.
