I don't know how to create a new virtual machine

I have just purchased a new Parallels desktop application.
I am now at step 3

Step 3: Create a new virtual machine
Open Parallels Desktop.app from the Applications folder and choose File > New.​

However, there is no NEW in the File folder (see the image attached)
Could anyone please help me to get through it and install a virtual machine?

Hi YekatherinaB. Please start Parallels Desktop and click on the Parallels Desktop icon in the Mac menu bar on the top (it looks like 2 red lines) -> New. Then proceed with the installation.

HEllo YekatherinaB, Kindly remove the current Windows installation by following this link . Please download the Windows 10 home edition from this link < http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10 > and install it < refer https://bit.ly/2G4tRVc for assistance >
