Hi all, I recently updated to Sonoma 14.6.1 on my M3 Air. Before that everything was working great, like everything. Now, I just get a spinner on Resuming and it just stays that way. Is there other information I can provide to help troubleshoot? Or anything I can do to get it to start again?

I also am unable to check for Parallels updates... and I can ping the update domain successfully. Nothing in etc hosts.

Is this a Sonoma update thing?

So, I had to perform a restart on OSX. Had to force quit a bunch of programs including Parallels.

    Everything is OK now.

Just noticed this issue myself when checking for updates earlier today.

    This is the message:
    upload_2024-9-8_16-34-54.png

After doing some light searching, it looks like another use experienced this in 2019 w/ Parallels Desktop 14.1.3. Sadly, the instructions were, uninstall, reinstall, reboot which is inevitably frustration because you don't really get down to the root cause.

Not sure what's causing this now, could it be a regression? Does anyone have the update URL it checks?

    Debugging Info:
    System:
    2019 MacBook Pro
    OS: Sonoma 14.6.1
    Parallels Desktop: v19.4.1 (54985)
