Installation Issue with Legacy version - Parallels Desktop 13

I am getting installation error during version 13 installation on my macbook air running Big Sur (11.7).

Link on the message directed me to the KB saying either my macOS is not supported or is missing some system utilities.
But, as far as I know Parallels Desktop 13 should be running on macOS Big Sur.
Any suggestions to work around the issue?
Upgrading to macOS 12 is not an option, unfortunately.

Hello,
As per this article, https://kb.parallels.com/114381, Parallels Desktop 13 is compatible up till macOS High Sierra.
As a possible solution, kindly use the link below to download and install the latest build of Parallels Desktop : https://download.parallels.com/desktop/v18/18.2.0-53488/ParallelsDesktop-18.2.0-53488.dmg and verify it the issue is still present?

If the issue persists, kindly collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and provide us with the report's 9-digit ID in reply to this post.
