This is a very simple question. Is the April update (1803) supported by PD13 or not? I wish I didn't have to worry about these things, but these days system updates seem to break things rather than bring enhancements. What is the official word on the April update?
Hi @Young, the update is 100% supported by Parallels Desktop v13.3.0, we've tested it multiple times in our lab. But, in some situations users may experience so called a 'black screen' issue after installing the update, which we were not able to reproduce and yet to identify the reason behind such behavior, see forum thread https://forum.parallels.com/threads...en-on-win-10-april-update.344531/#post-839946. My recommendation is to take a snapshot of the virtual machine before the update (via Actions > Take Snapshot...), and delete it after successful Windows update.
