Left Right Mouse Pad Scrolling does not work when Excel Freeze Panes Active

    This is super annoying and is causing my work to slow significantly. I can reinstall parallels tools and I will be able to scroll horizontally until I switch tabs. As soon as I move tabs, I am unable to scroll left to right in "Freeze Panes" again. It's driving me crazy.
