License activation in new server

Good afternoon:

I was trying to activate the Parallels license in a new server due to problems with the old one. We installed the latest version and reconfigured everything under the trial version license. We have done the proper testing. But could not activate the license because I could not deactivate it in the old server. Our license is registered under our IT department director. Is there a possibility to deactivate the license so we can finish the setup correctly?

Our license type is Parallels Remote Application Server Pre-Paid. It is registered under the company: Ponce Health Science University.
