License key previous version not accepted

i have now 2 Tickets open one from yesterday and one from today, nothing no reaktion maby in usa is night now but not in germany and i mean that parallels also has a german support team.
I lost now a hole day of working, i uninstall before 2 houers and install back 3.x now iam make new virtual machienes my old ones are converted.

This was shure the last time i have purchased a paralles produkt next i use virtual box, problems there are fixed in minutes from the communety and license problems are unknown there is no license.

I also got a "duplicated" serial number when I bought the english version. Opened a ticket with support @ 4pm, received my new product key by 8PM.

So -- they are working through things, for sure. The good news is the "duplicate" key worked fine in the interim, I just couldn't register. Now, PD4 had some issues actually working, but it did accept the key. :)

where you have created the ticket ? my tickets are unread from yesterda to today and i have massive problems now on work
 
This feels like a bad beta of a product.

I am still waiting on license keys....I have emailed the support request many hours ago.

So frustrated.

alle die das Problem haben und auf den deutschen Parallels Seiten ein Upgrade bestellt haben hier ist der Weg das Problem einfach zu lösen.

1 Parallels kann keinen englischen Upgrade Key zu einem deutschen machen

2 daher den Kauf stornieren dazu ein Ticket hier öffnen und als Ticket Ziel Online Sales wählen:

3 Nun um storno ersuchen dazu am besten eine Kopie oder mindestens die Bestell nummer mit angeben, das Storno kann ca. 3-5 Tage je nach Zahlungsart dauern.

4 die englische Version muss runter vom Mac, besorgt euch hier die Deutsche Version:

http://www.parallels.com/de/products/desktop/upgrade4/

5 Deutsche Version installieren, öffnen und mit dem angebotenem Link einen neuen Deutschen Update Key bestellen.
Das geht rect schnell per Kreditkarte oder PayPal.

6 Jezt gehts auch mit dem aktivieren

7 wenn jemand den License Checker hat laufen lassen und hatte keine 2.x version der muss unter:
//Library/Parallels/.parallels_license_2.5
die Datei .parallels_license_2.5 wegwerfen wenn sie leer ist, bei mir wurde sie erst durch den License Checker angelegt was zu dem Fehler führt das ein 2.5 Key erwartet wird .
Wer den License Checker nicht benutzt hat muss Schritt 7 nicht prüfen.
 
I am getting furious with this shitty support.

I have had a ticket open for 2 days now. Not one peep out of Parallels. WTF?

How do I get an answer so that I can activate this POS?
 
I upgraded ver 4 from 3. It gave error messages at every stage end ( it has 4 stages to complete the conversion) but it did not stop. It completed successfully. I have 2 HDD. The upgrade asked to activate the windows for the disk name winxp and no such question for the different name.

But I have a different issue with the iso file. I downloaded the Parallels-Desktop-4.0-Novadevelopment-4.0.3522.iso and installed the program. It does not contain the bonus softwares. Anybody can point me to the correct download location?
 
Same here. I've bought an english upgrade to 4.0 but I had a 3.0 French serial, so it doesn't work when installing.
I've created a ticket number 613729 but nobody answered me in 2 days.
