    Panic in Pvsnet

    0. The Windows XP VM was paused, I closed the lid on the Macbook and put it in my bag. When I took it out of the bag, it was very hot and the battery was almost gone (hadn't gone to sleep). I had to power-cycle it to get to OS-X.

    Kernel panic.

    Hi,
Has this problem with kernel panic been solved?? It always happens when I power on virtual machine (I've never had it work). Windows XP is now successfully using bootcamp.

    Tim,
Unfortunately, you guys have done all you can do. The problem is not with Parallels, but with OSX itself. Despite what Apple may say, it is not fully 64-bit clean, and uses legacy function calls all over the place. We need to put pressure on Apple to fix the mess they created. They should've adequately tested OSX before releasing $4000 hardware, but alas they didn't -- so now all they can do is take a pooper-scooper and tidy their mess up.

Please upgrade to 1970! Build 1848 was released before Mac Pro and is not compatible with it (thanks Apple secrecy:)
