Hi I got a new mac 2022 from work and bought parallels on it, I want to move the account I bought to my personal account MacBook pro 2017 , I followed the steps, Logged in, Inserted the activation key which was accepted and click "deactivate on other device and activate on this device" but I got this error Unable to perform the operation. This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again. Best, Tomer

Hello Peter, The Parallels Desktop 17 license is currently activated on a macOS 14.4(23E214) and the last contact with our servers was. on 2024-03-27 11:08. Do you still wish us to deactivate the license from that machine? Let us know please. Thanks
