Moving license from mac to mac

Hi
I got a new mac 2022 from work and bought parallels on it, I want to move the account I bought to my personal account MacBook pro 2017 , I followed the steps, Logged in, Inserted the activation key which was accepted and click "deactivate on other device and activate on this device" but I got this error

Unable to perform the operation.
This license key is associated with another Parallels account. Please sign in using this account and try again.

I have the same problem that I cannot activate my par 17 license on another Mac can you please rest my activations?

Hello Peter,

The Parallels Desktop 17 license is currently activated on a macOS 14.4(23E214) and the last contact with our servers was. on 2024-03-27 11:08.

Do you still wish us to deactivate the license from that machine?

Let us know please.

Can you please deactivate the current activation as I still cannot use my licence

I have now successfully activated my license on the new Mac so no more action is required.

Hi Avinash,

I already send the license key in another conversation that I have started with you. it has been few days but I haven't heard from you. How long usually does it take for the reply. The trial expires in 5 days and I really need this sorted.
