Hi Sathiya, The support from you and your team yesterday seems to have fixed the issue. The daily crashes have stopped! .
Seems like it was indeed related to my Antivirus software and its treatment of the windows.pvm file.

I just "upgraded " to 14 and now my macbook pro won't stop crashing. I tried to downgrade to 13 and still same. I bought the program in Nov 2017, I believe, so I'm not sure what version I had. Please help!

 

I had similar problems running Parallels 14 on macOS Mohave on 2015 iMac & Windows 10 VM. Frequent crashes in Office 365 Word in Windows 10, text broke up, Word hangs, then iMac crashes to entirely black screen. After reading this https://kb.parallels.com/en/8913 I downgraded to Parallels 13 and problem seems to be solved.

 

Let us know the macOS X version you have. Also, try changing the Hypervisor to Apple under VM configuration > Hardware > CPU and Memory then check.

 

If you choose to use Parallels Desktop 14 again change the hypervisor to Apple and check if the Mac crashes.

 

Like other instances posted here, my MacBook Pro (Retina, Late 2013) keeps crashing. It happens when I am using MSWord on Windows 8.1 running on Parallels 14 (latest version as of 1/23/2019) running on Mojave (10.4.2). I ran First Aid from Disk Utility but the result says no problem was found. I tried the steps shown in the article https://kb.parallels.com/120940 but no I/O error was found. This is driving me nuts. Please help!

 

Hi,
I am running Windows 10 and I just updated Parallels from version 11 to 14. Now, every time I attempt to use any Microsoft product on Windows it forces MacOS to crash and I receive the Panic Report below. Any ideas why this would start happening after updating?

Same issue here with MAcBook Pro 15-inch, 2013, Started with Mojave and continues with Catalina. Mac crash randomly, at least twice a day, black screen with "Your computer restarted because of a problem..." Opened ticket but no resolution.
