Hi Holger, Please follow the steps given below and check how it works : Start Parallels Desktop. Do not launch your virtual machine. From the Virtual Machine's Configure -> Options -> Startup and Shutdown Set the Undo Disks feature to "Discard changes" or "Ask me what to do" and close Configure window. Start the Virtual Machine and check how it works.
Hello Support , Thank you for your response . By their tip I could start the virtual machine again . Thank you. Can you please post an update so that the virtual machine is no longer hangs ? many thanks Holger
Hello Support, Unfortunately, I have the same problem which is very annoying. Now I work with OS X 10.11.1 and Parallels Desktop 11.0.2. In the settings I could not find the Undo Disks feature option. How can I fix the problem permanently. Best regards Holger Schrader
